The Gold Series represents the pinnacle of our winemaking efforts at Krupp Brothers: The Doctor, The Advocate, Joshua, Krupp Brothers Merlot, and Krupp Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand selected from the very best rows in the vineyards and tended with precision, these wines are meticulously crafted and aged in the finest oak.
The Doctor, a tribute to the medical profession and to Dr. Jan Krupp's 30 years in internal medicine, is a unique blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Merlot. The Advocate is a blend of Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Merlot from Stagecoach Vineyard. Under the Joshua label, there are three wines, including a Super Tuscan, Tempranillo, and Syrah.
Perhaps the most prized wine to be released from the winery each year is our Krupp Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon. Selected from a favorite block at Stagecoach Vineyard, this Cabernet represents the very best our mountain vineyards have to offer. Recently a stunning Merlot, sourced from a superb Merlot block in the rockiest area of Stagecoach Vineyard was released. It is only the second wine the carry the Krupp Brothers name.
